James began his athletic career playing soccer where he went on to co-captain his high school's State Champion Team in 2009. He later went on to play two years of collegiate level soccer at Rochester Insititute of Technology while pursuing a degree in graphic arts, however, once he found CrossFit in 2012 everything was turned upside down.
James fell in love with the CrossFit community and decided to make a career change in order to obtain a degree in Nutrition Management to later become a Registered Dietitian and pursue a career in the field of Sports Nutrition and Wellness.
Since 2012, James has fully immersed himself within the fitness community and has been coaching individuals of all skill levels since 2013. James has also found success in the sport of CrossFit, finishing in the Top 100 in the 2014 CrossFit Open for the North East Region, individually qualifying for Wodapoolza 2016, and finishing 8th in the Community Team division at the 2016 Granite Games.

Our Combo Plan includes an individualized nutrition program as well as an individualized training plan. This plan is perfect if you are looking for guidance in both areas. We will provide a tailored training program designed specifically towards your fitness discipline as well as a specific nutrition plan to ensure you are optimizing your results. Our individualized training programs can be designed for a number of fitness disciplines/biases including CrossFit, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding. They can also be designed for traditional sport athletes or individuals of any age and fitness level looking to improve their health and physique.
