I've known James since 2014, but since working with him through Resilience Nutrition I have seen marked improvements in my fitness and health in general.

Working with him allowed me to run a marathon this past summer, something that has been on my bucket list for a long time. My weight dropped from a peak of 217.5lbs to 185lbs (where, most importantly, I have stayed), while still maintaining my strength numbers.
